How much do calls to 118 502 cost from mobile phones?
Call prices from mobiles vary and are at the mobile phone operator's discretion. All mobile operators are adding an additional handling cost to our charge of £1.50 upon connection and £1.50p per minute thereafter, but this can vary from a few pence to 75p. We are calling on the industry to address this issue. In the meantime, our advice is to try to always call from a landline, when possible. If you wish to determine the additional handling charge added by your mobile phone operator please contact them directly.
